In Kichua you can enjoy an original gastronomic proposal, a combination of typical cuisine and vegetarianism. Ecuadorian cuisine is characterized by using a large amount of vegetables that cooked and combined in different ways, give our dishes a unique season, which makes our customers come back and recommend us.
Our menu was evolving along with the needs of visitors in the city, who are increasingly aware of the importance of eating well and healthy. That is why we try to generate healthy and rich dishes, but also that leave our customers satisfied. And so ending the prejudice that vegetarian food does not fill.
The products and recipes used are also for us a way to revalue our Ecuadorian culture and traditions. As well as the open kitchen, which allows our clients to see and know each of the ingredients that we use.
